Consummate showman, Gary Martin completed a tour with a roof raising performance at Buddy Guy's Legends. While in the windy City. Martin also recorded a version of Tomiko Dixon's recent single, The Real Thang that pays homage to blues royalty. Martin's session at Chicago's Rax Trax Recording has paid dividends. "I found a working partner in owner and chief engineer iRick Barnes. Rick has recorded some iconic blues artists over the years like Koko Taylor, Buddy Guy, Eddie Clearwater, Mud Morganfield and most recently John Primer.."
